Film Fix Returns Policy

Thank you for purchasing from Film Fix.

You may return any goods purchased from us within 14 days of the receipt of the delivery and we will issue a refund less 15% handling fee to cover labour and packaging.

The goods must be in the original packaging, not used and must be in a re-saleable condition. Goods not in a re-saleable condition and without all packaging will not be refunded.

In any assorted kit, all component pieces must be returned to receive a refund - any kits that are missing parts will not be refunded.

For goods ordered in error or no longer required within 14 days we will issue a refund less the carriage cost and handling fee of 15%.

How to Return Your Order

To return your order, please contact us at hello@filmfix.co.uk stating your order number and reason for returning. From this we will provide a returns address for you to ship the order back to us at your own cost - please use a 'signed for' service as items posted back to us with no proof of postage will not be accepted. We cannot take responsibility for returns that go missing due to postal carriers.

Once we receive your return, your refund will be processed within 2-5 working days of receipt.
